Page 9: Inkwashed

Leland arrives in Sylvanshire at dawn.

This page was a pain. Had to start over after a false start that ended up making everything far too dark.

So once more I had to trace the line work onto a new sheet. Better not make a habit of this.

Anyway, this ended up darker than I intended but given the weather and early time of day, I think it's actually more appropriate. The first time through though the daybreak was too dark and subtle, and the sky in panel 3 was actually black in sections.

Anyway, got to make the trees a bit more natural this time through anyhow.
